We seek a dedicated individual to handle all storekeeping functions to include requisitions, receiving, issuing and storing parts; maintaining inventory and loading / unloading trucks. In addition this position will assist operations or maintenance staff as directed by facility management.

 The Storekeeper’s job duties shall include but limited to:

            Items to be done on a daily basis:

                  §    Shipping & Receiving

                  §    Log Receipts in the computer

                  §    Put away all parts received

                  §    Unload all deliveries requiring the use of a forklift

                  §    General cleaning and straightening of the warehouse

            Items to be done on a weekly basis:

                  §    Stock consumable supplies once a week or as needed on 4th floor

                  §    Replenish all earplug stations

                  §    Cycle count one aisle per week, including counting, re-tagging, and computer entry

                  §    Issue all parts and submit completed and approved requisitions on Fridays

            Items to be done on an as needed basis:

                  §    Inventory of parts

                  §    Fill in for purchasing manager

                  §    Assist operations or maintenance staff as directed by facility management

Qualified candidates must have a High School diploma or equivalent coupled with 1 - 3 years experience. Good computer skills are helpful and the applicant must be able to be licensed to operate Forklift. Power plant experience is a plus.

Good health, vision and depth perception testing may be required.  New hires will be required to pass a physical and submit to a drug test.  Must be licensed to drive on public highways in the State of Oregon.
