The Control Room Operator monitors and controls operations of the Waste Processing Facility, inside the control room, to maintain an efficient, continous flow of waste.  The individual is responsible for all operational aspects of this Facility, during his shift, and ensures safe and efficient operations, including personnel and equipment safety.  The position must also perform other tasks or assignments withint the department. 

Must have substantial experience as a process operator in a refuse-derived fuel facility; experience and knowledge in control room activities; thorough technical knowledge and supervisory experience as may be commensurate for the position; and be capable of communicating orally and in writing, and accepting responsibilites for the Waste Processing Facility's operational requirements.
